As one of Bergen County’s leading family law attorneys, located in Hackensack, New Jersey, my practice is and has been for the past 20 years, nearly exclusively devoted to the needs of families including divorce, separation, custody, child support, and alimony both in the initial phase as well as for post judgment relief.   My practice also includes wills and estates, estate planning and probate. I have been admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York since 1985, and have been serving your neighbors in and around northern New Jersey since then.   I have handled numerous trials, hearings and motions, and bring my experience in Family Law to benefit each and every client, whether in a trial, for post judgment relief, or during skillful negotiations.  My experience includes serving as a court appointed guardian ad litem, to protect the interests of a child, serving on the Executive Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association, the Family Law Committee, and Nominating Committee, as well as chairing the Supreme Court Bergen County Ethics Committee. In addition to my vast experience in Family Law, I have experience in Trusts and Estates, and Estate Planning, including the preparation and execution of wills.

I personally handle each and every case from start to finish, providing unparalleled personal service to each of my clients. In fact, my relationship with my clients is the most rewarding part of my practice. At my office you are never “just another case.”

My outide interests include boating and I am an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, and hold a 50 Ton USCG Master’s license.  During the weekends during the warm months, you may find me patroling the waters of  New York Harbor.
